Work Well

Healing through Career & Credentialing

Work Well bridges the gap between trauma and economic stability through comprehensive healthcare career training. Our program combines professional soft skills development, integrated mental health support, and state-recognized healthcare credentialing to create sustainable career pathways for individuals affected by community violence. Participants graduate not only job-ready but equipped with the resilience needed to thrive in demanding healthcare environments.

Healing through Education & Tutoring

Learn Well provides the educational foundation needed to break cycles of disadvantage. We offer personalized GED preparation, academic tutoring, and college/career pathway counseling in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Recognizing that educational gaps often stem from broader life challenges, we create learning experiences that rebuild confidence alongside academic skills.

Healing through Nature & Community Farming

Grow Well harnesses the therapeutic power of nature to promote mental wellness and community connection. Through therapeutic horticulture, community farming, and nutrition education, participants engage in hands-on healing while contributing to local food security. Our raised-bed gardens serve as living classrooms where mindfulness, science, and community building naturally intertwine.
